Super quick post today as I'm late for going out to drinks, Ha!
It's more of a "look and have a go" than a step by step tutorial, but we're aiming for something like the above.
You will need:
Thick card
Watercolour paper
Ribbon
Watercolour paints
Paint brush
Scissors
Glue
Sellotape

Begin by folding a piece of thick card in half and cut it to a rectangle size. Then draw a large bow on a piece of water colour paper, around the same size as the rectangle.

Paint the bow using your water colour paints, and then cut it out.

Stick the bow to the front of the rectangle card.
Then cut out a curved lattice shape frame for your ribbon bow to hang on.

Attach it to your card, preferable behind the bow.
The one I have shown above is a half circle, you can also use a full circle as I did in the green and cream bow card.
To finish, tie a bow with ends that go to the bottom of your card. Cut slits into the ends and attach it to your lattice by tying a piece of ribbon around the knot in the bow to hide the joins.

And you're done!

Apologies for this tutorial being a bit thin on the ground!
